Routes Records offers one on one consultations, workshops and instructional programs for up and coming independent songwriters, singers and/or musicians who are interested in developing their careers as an entrepreneur. Workshops and instructional programs are tailored to suite ages 13 and over.

Songwriting clinics and critiques are also offered.
